Thanks for visiting our appraisal website. We have extensive experience appraising land and agricultural properties in rural areas. While specializing in poultry farms, we also appraise farmland, agricultural facilities and properties, non-institutional timberland(typically under 5,000 acres), recreational woodlands, hunting plantations and country estates.

We find the appraisal of this set of property types is complementary in regards to our time, resources, and areas served, as well as, provides for a sustainable level of competency for these markets, geographical areas, and property types.

At the same time, we are also qualified to appraise, and experienced in appraising other non-agricultural properties. Our appraisal work is performed to the appraisal standards set by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the Alabama Real Estate Appraiser's Board, and other applicable state licensing appraisal boards.

We meet additional appraisal and ethical standards required by the professional organizations which we are members, including but not limited to the following: the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute, and the REALTORS´┐Ż Land Institute.
